This position performs the established close of day functions for hotel and F&B operations. Represents the management in the absence of a department manager. Night Auditors will troubleshoot operational issues and or guest/ employee situations.
Tickets and Reservations Supervisor
Tickets and Reservations Supervisors work directly with the Tickets and Reservations Manager to ensure that a positive guest experience is provided at every ticket window, guest service desk, reservations department, and at any/all Mt. Bachelor or Sun Country Tours sales and/or fulfillment location
Bartender
The Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent guest service as it pertains to the food and beverage outlets of resort.
Accounts Receivable Clerk
The accounting clerk is responsible for performing accounting functions and following accounting procedures, and assisting the General Manager with maintaining proper controls in accordance with all corporate policies.

This position is responsible for the accounting of each night’s closing and serves as the hotel front desk clerk. Normally the shifts for this position are between 11pm to 7am every day, but may vary dependent on business need and manager’s discretion.
