This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest services in our Welcome Center, which involves delivering excellent service to guests and owners, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a premier resort destination experience.
Guest Services Coordinator
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming resort calls in a courteous and professional manner. S/he will refer calls to the appropriate parties. The Guest Services Coordinator will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards.
Overnight Guest Service Attendant
Guest Service Attendants are fully versed in all aspects of the services and amenities provided by the resort and are responsible for maintaining the safety of guests and owners and the integrity of the resort and its policies.
Rooms Generalist
The Rooms Generalist will be responsible for supporting and functioning within the Rooms Department of the hotel to include job duties inclusive, but not limited to, housekeeping, registering guests, assisting with reservations, assisting guests, conducting security walks, and operating the property transportation, as required.
Spa Manager
Responsible for daily operations, guest service standards, staffing, training, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, sales performance, and overall department success.
Front Desk Agent

Rooms Division Manager
Ensure excellence in seamless guest service from check-in to check-out for both lodges and vacation rentals; manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with tact and professionalism
General Manager
The General Manager role will drive the training, culture, overall environment, guest satisfaction targets, brand standard execution and financial profitability of the hotel.
Maintenance Technician
This role supports the overall guest experience by ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment across the property.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, guest services and concierge.
