Front Desk & Guest Services Agent

To book guest reservations, assists with guest relations, provides customer service, schedules services, and other administrative duties to ensure that guests are rewarded with an exceptional experience.

Beertender/Tour Guide

This position is responsible for first impressions of Deschutes Brewery, and providing extraordinary experiences by celebrating the culture of craft beer and Deschutes Brewery through tours, retail sales and greeting groups.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the marketing team, consultants, vendors, and Sunriver Resort individual business unit (IBU) leaders to execute the marketing plans for each business unit.

Project Administrator/ Accountant

This position will include general project and departmental administration, intake, routing and processing invoices, contract development and implementation, project accounting, change order management and general administrative oversight for the Engineering and Development departments.

Reservations Coordinator

The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for providing the first point of contact to guests and creating an excellent first impression for the guests of the Oxford Collection of hotels while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming resort calls in a courteous and professional manner. S/he will refer calls to the appropriate parties.

Night Auditor

This position is responsible for the accounting of each night’s closing and serves as the hotel front desk clerk. Normally the shifts for this position are between 11pm to 7am every day, but may vary dependent on business need and manager’s discretion.

Front Desk Guest Service Agent

The Front Desk Guest Service Agent is often the guests’ first contact, first impression, hospitality extraordinaire, a thoughtful listener, a delightful charmer, and the center of walk-in guests’ attention.
