Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include answering the phone, responding to emails, sorting the mail, coordinating branch celebrations, assisting with coordinating of the branch’s summer barbeques, reconciling the cash box, ordering office supplies, typing documents, doing submittals and O&Ms, printing plans and blueprints, filing, and doing research and getting certificates from our vendors. 


Provide coverage of telephone and front desk duties.  Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner according to PacificSource customer service quality standards. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

Appointment Scheduler

Answer the telephone promptly and handle patient inquiries regarding appointments, prescription refills, non-medical questions, order status, and clinical department requests professionally.

Club Experiences Administrative Associate

The position is responsible for working closely with the Club Experiences Manager to support a variety of administrative tasks associated with the Club Membership office, concierge services, and provide shift support for multiple Club departments including the Athletic Center, Equestrian Center, and Golf Shop.

Payroll Administrator

This role is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, supporting timekeeping, payroll tax coordination, and integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)/timekeeping and data maintenance.

Office Specialist

You will provide administrative and clerical support and project assistance to Land, Air and Water programs in the Bend office.

Dispatcher Service Representative

The Dispatch Service Representative is responsible for scheduling service appointments at customers’ homes and communicating with technicians regarding the status of their service appointments.

Administrative Analyst, Parole and Probation

The Administrative Analyst will provide support to the Adult Parole & Probation management team for specific program development projects, housing, housing coordination, community partner support, dashboard support and some data management/analytics.

Office Specialist 2: Admissions & Customer Service Specialist

The purpose of the Admissions & Customer Service Specialist contributes to the success of OSU-Cascades by providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for most students and aids in recruiting by supporting the Admissions Office with recruiting efforts and by providing timely and accurate admissions processing.
