Under minimal supervision, the Human Resources Specialist II – Benefits for the Human Resources Department performs independent work relating to the comprehensive area of employee benefits for Bend-La Pine Schools including medical leaves, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
