Property Data Specialist II

Duties include entering residential, commercial, personal property and manufactured home ownership title changes into a computerized database; reviewing and verifying completeness and accuracy of ownership and appraisal data; calculating real market and assessed values for real and personal property; updating the tax roll for complex legal descriptions as changes occur; answering questions regarding assessment value and cartography issues according to established guidelines, regulations, instructions and statutes; assembling property files; providing clerical support to process appeals and re-appraisals; providing support in connection with determining property values; and conducting general research to verify ownership, location and boundaries of real property.

Responsible for the creation of department job files, job costing, preparing jobs for billing and contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections.

Front Office Administrator

The Receptionist works in collaboration with the Front Office Coordinator and staff to implement best practices for front office processes including: planning; staff communications; customer service; systems, training and scheduling.
