Executive Administrative Assistant

We are hiring for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant. This position plays an important role in assisting with the overall administrative functions of the Resort.

Regional Office Associate

The Associate coordinates the processes for regional outreach planning, budgeting, tracking, and hospitality and is the lead staff member for multi-departmental events and projects.

Office Manager

This position serves as the first point of contact at the District office for staff, visitors and patrons fielding inquiries and directing patrons appropriately.

Scanner

Successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, knowledge of and proficiency in alphabetical and numerical filing.

Installation Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Responsible for the creation of department job files, job costing, preparing jobs for billing and contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections.

Front Office Administrator

The Receptionist works in collaboration with the Front Office Coordinator and staff to implement best practices for front office processes including: planning; staff communications; customer service; systems, training and scheduling.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides office services for assigned leaders and departments by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. 

Guest Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service to owners and patrons of SHARC and North Pool, Member Services, customer support, utilize data base for record keeping, reservations, program registration, point of sale and cashiering.

Patient Services Coordinator

The Patient Services Coordinator is the face of the practice and will create an extraordinary patient experience.

Scheduling Specialist (Relief)

The Cancer Center Scheduler at St. Charles Health System is responsible for scheduling appointments for medical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion procedures, office visits, referrals and diagnostic exams
