Administrative Support Technician
These positions are responsible for performing moderately complex duties associated with elections administration: completing customer transactions (phone, email, mail, and in-person), voter registration record maintenance, retrieving information, and providing general office assistance for the Deschutes County Clerk’s Office.

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating efficiently within a positive, inviting, supportive, and productive work environment.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall administrative support of the engineering department. They will work with department managers and associates to ensure the effectiveness and overall success of the department.

Maintenance Administrator
Manage all purchasing requirements to include ordering, cost savings, and contracts with vendors. Manage all PMs to include creating/editing PMs into MP2, issuing PMs to maintenance personnel and processing paper work for completed PMs.
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
The HR Administrative Assistant assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. S/he will play integral role in the HRIS system, reception duties and overall administration tasks. S/he will ensure all personnel records are maintained timely and are in compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
Operations Coordinator
As the Administrative Coordinator you will effectively coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers. You will also perform a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of the Operations and Sales departments.
Patient Service Representative
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for a variety of administration functions, including, but not limited to: greeting patients/families, scheduling appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner, answering the telephone promptly and dealing with the caller’s needs in a professional manner, collecting cash payments, issuing receipts and posting payments, daily extensive computer use navigating multiple applications.
