Referral Coordinator
Duties of this position will include obtaining prior authorizations for services that are not customary plan benefits, calling on referrals, scheduling and interacting with patients, Primary Care Physicians and/or Referring Physicians, data entry, patient file and records maintenance, etc.

Remote Contact Tracer
Under the supervision of a Contact Tracing Supervisor, the Contact Tracer will use a web-based data management platform to call all contacts of anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 to document a symptom check, refer them to testing according to established protocols, and provide them with instructions for quarantine or isolation, if appropriate.
Food Service Attendant
The Food Service Attendant will be cross trained in a variety of food service department positions including, Room Service Tray Prep, Room Service Delivery, Dishroom Cleaning Attendant, and Café/Deli Attendant.

Medical Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
The position is responsible for working with patients in a way that demonstrates Rebound’s commitment to excellent patient service. The goal is to ensure their accounts are processed correctly with insurance providers and in a timely manner while establishing appropriate expectations as to the patients’ responsibilities.
