Assistant Facilities Coordinator

Assist the Location Facilities Manager and the Corporate Facilities Manager with a variety of day to day repairs and maintenance tasks at the Old St. Francis School.

Assistant Assistant Manager

Assisting the Hotel AM and Hotel Manager in handling daily activity as it relates to the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping departments under the direction of the Hotel AM, Hotel Manager & Property Manager.

Bartender

The primary responsibility of the Bartender position is to provide beverage service and light hors d’oeuvres for the guests of the Oxford Collection of hotels evening reception or restaurant while adhering to sanitation and cleanliness standards. 

National Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for successfully booking business within the assigned segments. S/he will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with current and prospective business. The Sales Manager will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards.

Director of Audio Visual

The Director of Audio Visual position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day overall AV operations, scheduling, forecasting and service objectives at a hotel property or venue.

Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator supports site sales and marketing teams through operational functions such as tour reception, contract processing and gifting.

Lounge Manager

This individual is a proactive solution seeker, they lead by example, don’t settle for the normal, and continuously encourage and engage their team members.

Local Operations Manager

A successful candidate in this role has both strong communication and handy-person skills as they will be called upon to do anything from changing a light bulb, to helping a guest figure out how to light a gas fireplace over the phone, to walking an owner through their monthly statement.

Assistant Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Assistant Manager provides leadership and guidance to the guest services team for the overall success of the resort.  

Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, growing existing accounts, implementing Oxford Collection of hotels programs, mentoring and growing sales staff, achieving monthly room revenue goals and increasing market share penetration for multiple hotel locations.
