The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the marketing team, consultants, vendors, and Sunriver Resort individual business unit (IBU) leaders to execute the marketing plans for each business unit.
Project Administrator/ Accountant
This position will include general project and departmental administration, intake, routing and processing invoices, contract development and implementation, project accounting, change order management and general administrative oversight for the Engineering and Development departments.
Reservations Coordinator
The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for providing the first point of contact to guests and creating an excellent first impression for the guests of the Oxford Collection of hotels while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming resort calls in a courteous and professional manner. S/he will refer calls to the appropriate parties.
Night Auditor
This position is responsible for the accounting of each night’s closing and serves as the hotel front desk clerk. Normally the shifts for this position are between 11pm to 7am every day, but may vary dependent on business need and manager’s discretion.
