Accounting Technician

The City of Bend Utility Department is actively recruiting 1 full-time Accounting Tech I.  This opportunity is a represented, FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible) position.

Public Works Technician

Public Works Technician 1 may perform a large variety of routine daily tasks, assisting in the repair, maintenance, and constructing elements of city streets for all modes of travel, including but not limited to tree trimming and removal, shrub and weed removal, cemetery grounds maintenance,  ADA ramp and sidewalk construction and repair, asphalt roadway construction and repair, establishing work zone and traffic control, signing and striping, operating equipment for snow plowing / removal, and basic upkeep maintenance of equipment.

Revenue Supervisor

We are looking for talented, detail-oriented individual to join our Personal Tax and Compliance Division in the Compliance section.

Court Operations Specialist

In this role, you will manage multiple court calendars and will schedule hearings and trials for the entire court.

Victims Advocate

As a Victim Advocate, you will work alongside Deputy District Attorneys to provide information and support to crime victims throughout the criminal justice system. Victim Advocates will be expected to work in the field and be on-call for a small duration of each month.

Residential Plans Examiner

Performs specialty plan review of one- and two-family dwellings in the process of construction, alteration, or repair for compliance with all applicable codes, approves plans and specifications, safe construction practices, and other regulations and ordinances related to the safety, health, and welfare of the public.

Communications & Engagement Director

The Communications & Engagement Director serves as the City’s chief spokesperson and Public Information Officer (PIO) and provides demonstrated expertise in implementing and sustaining a consistent and effective citywide approach to inclusive communication and community engagement.

Administrative Support Specialist

Provides routine to moderately complex administrative support to implement subject matter-specific, department-specific procedures and practices that require utilizing this specialized program knowledge.

County Property Specialist

The Property Specialist operates under the supervision of the County Property Manager, and performs administrative, technical, analytical, and field work on the full range of assignments involved in the management, day-to-day activities, and disposition of County-owned property.
