Administrative Support Technician, Health Services

Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: filing, maintaining current and archived files, copying and preparing records for transfer, entering client files into medical records database, scheduling client appointments, database input, running database reports, engaging in supportive conversations with clients and their family members both in person and over the phone, answering questions or taking information from community partners both in person and over the phone, assisting clients and staff in scheduling follow-up appointments, reviewing electronic health records and insurance information to determine eligibility.

Office Specialist

Provide reception duties and various other office support functions necessary to provide services to the clients of Deschutes County, Jefferson County, Crook County, and outlying areas.

Court Operations Specialist

You will type correspondence, legal documents, and opinions, process travel expenses, prepare jury instructions, route files and documents, process requests for information, answer and screen phone calls, monitor and track pending cases, perform routine research, and maintain multiple calendars. You will interact with judges, management, court staff, attorneys, litigants, justice agencies, and the public.

Landfill Attendant

The primary duties of this position are operating computerized scales to determine weight of load and corresponding usage/tipping fees.

Administrative Support Specialist

Provides routine to moderately complex administrative support to implement subject matter-specific, department-specific procedures and practices that require utilizing this specialized program knowledge.

Examines returns which have been determined to have met the section’s operational plan.

Park Steward

Our Park Stewards serve as a positive presence in parks and on trails by providing assistance, information and education to visitors, and promoting compliance with park rules and regulations to the public.

Admissions Counselor

The primary purpose of this position is recruiting and admissions of potential students for the program. This occurs through contact with school district officials, non-profit organizations, government services and other agencies that foster alternative programs for Oregon’s youth.

Community Relations Assistant

The Community Relations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the projects and functions of the Community Relations Department including volunteer engagement, communications, public relations, community outreach, marketing, employee communications, website content, events, sponsorship, advertising, and with the park foundation.
