Program Coordinator

This Licensing Program Coordinator position is part of the team that licenses events and businesses within the City of Bend. While primarily issuing licenses and permits, the position plays a key role in building positive relationships with the community through excellent customer service. 

Office Specialist 2

As an Office Specialist 2, you will be the first face of contact in most offices for customers either entering the physical office or virtually through the online application portal or telephone communication.

Property Appraiser I or II

Performs straightforward or standardized appraisals of real property to establish a fair and accurate value upon which taxes will be assessed.

Program Assistant II, Fiscal

Provide staff support and assist in project management functions for COIC programs’ activities within the Central Oregon region. Provide programmatic support to the Fiscal department under the supervision of the Deputy Director.

Accountant, Health Services

Specific duties include performing professional accounting and financial analysis functions, in addition to reconciling and reporting of financial transactions using generally accepted accounting principles.

Ambulance Operator

Responds to emergency medical calls and provides basic life support services.

Safely operates an emergency vehicle to and from the scene of an emergency.

Lead Hazardous Waste Technician

Under general supervision, inspect incoming waste material for the identification, separation, and recycling or disposal of hazardous materials; store and arrange for disposal of non-recyclable hazardous materials

Administrative Assistant

Acts as a lead worker for support staff team, including training, onboarding, mentorship, task delegation and providing front desk coverage when needed.

Equipment Parts Technician Lead

Responsible for procuring and inventorying supplies, parts, and materials, and for ensuring and monitoring adequate stocking levels.
