Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: filing, maintaining current and archived files, copying and preparing records for transfer, entering client files into medical records database, scheduling client appointments, database input, running database reports, engaging in supportive conversations with clients and their family members both in person and over the phone, answering questions or taking information from community partners both in person and over the phone, assisting clients and staff in scheduling follow-up appointments, reviewing electronic health records and insurance information to determine eligibility.

Office Specialist

Provide reception duties and various other office support functions necessary to provide services to the clients of Deschutes County, Jefferson County, Crook County, and outlying areas.

Court Operations Specialist

You will type correspondence, legal documents, and opinions, process travel expenses, prepare jury instructions, route files and documents, process requests for information, answer and screen phone calls, monitor and track pending cases, perform routine research, and maintain multiple calendars. You will interact with judges, management, court staff, attorneys, litigants, justice agencies, and the public.
