 Fermentation Technician

This position is responsible for every aspect of the product from start to finish, implementing strict, predetermined procedures and protocol.

Digital Content Producer

Coordinates and manages all aspects of content development and deployment across existing and emerging digital channels. 

Warehouse Operator

 The Warehouse Operator is responsible for physically building mixed Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) pallets for shipments and accurately loading distributor trucks using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will focus on the coordination and oversight of the day-to-day operations, overseeing personnel, assistant managers and supervisors.

Lead Brewer

As a Brewer/Cellar Lead, your primary role will be to lead brewing and cellaring operations on the floor to ensure Crux is producing the highest quality products from grain to glass.

Assistant Brewer

Duties will include, but will not be limited to, assisting with brewing and packaging product, running tests on products in progress, cleaning/sanitizing equipment, packaging product, following inventory management practices, delivering product to internal retail operations and keeping the brewery clean, functional, and safe.

Tasting Room Manager

The Tasting room manager oversees all aspects of service and product quality in the tasting room, with the goal of Blowing Our Customers Minds

Production Brewer

Assures optimum beer quality. Does so by following standard operating procedures (SOP), filing non-conformities, suggesting process improvements, staying abreast of brewing communications and process changes, and attending brewers’ meetings as schedule allows.
