Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Manager (SAFE) for Branch Banking as part of the Consumer and Small Business Banking division.

Responsible for the delivery of personalized customer service, by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Provides excellent customer service by providing immediate acknowledgement, identifying and offering products and services, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

The Personal Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. They will build new and expand existing relationships with clients by asking questions to identify needs, offering appropriate products and services, and referring the customer to the appropriate business partners within the Bank when needed.

Responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, achievement of growth goals, operational efficiencies and development of Financial Service Representatives, typically in a branch with assets of less than $50MM.

This position delivers uncommon care (exceptional member service) by meeting members’ needs through our sales and service culture.
