Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages, implement training and development plans, forecast hiring needs and streamline recruitment process, update employee records, develop and implement HR policies, comply with changes in labor legislation, conduct employee performance reviews, process employee queries and respond in a timely manner.
Hotel Manager
The Hotel Manager will be expected to be able to perform the responsibilities of each other hotel non-management position (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
Purchasing Assistant
The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for properly receiving and storing all incoming resort goods. They will assist with the inbound & outbound freight and package tracking for the resort.
