Maintenance Technician – Facilities

The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

Director of Maintenance and Project Management

The Director of Maintenance and Project Management is a role that includes the wearing of multiple hats: The management of Aperion’s on-site maintenance staff; the Management of Aperion’s handyman service, AMG Fix-It, and the management of special maintenance projects of all sizes as directed by our client’s Board of Directors.

Groundskeeper

Maintains the grounds of the St. Charles Health System buildings/campuses. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.

Fleet Coordinator

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and ready to support our projects. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Shop Manager, and multiple departments to coordinate maintenance, track compliance, and manage day-to-day fleet activities.

Public Works Equipment Operator

This position performs a variety of road maintenance activities ranging from manual labor tasks, traffic control, and operation of light to heavy automotive, road maintenance, and construction equipment

Facilities and Property Coordinator

This hands-on role involves facilities maintenance, minor construction, landscaping, trash and recycling, vehicle upkeep, supply restocking, and occasional errands.

Public Works Lead Tech

If you like to do it all – ensure park equipment and sports courts are in tip-top shape, assist in keeping Sunriver’s roadways and pathways clear of brush and in enviable condition, ensure road safety by keeping roads de-iced, cindered and plowed during the winter, provide training and set a high standard for other technicians, plan tasks and order supplies, and help oversee the team when needed – this could be the job for you.  

Seasonal Stewardship Crew Leader

As the Seasonal Stewardship Crew Leader, you will lead and support our Stewardship Program crew, which focuses on maintaining Deschutes County landfill sites and transfer stations.

Assistant Custodian

Personally performs routine custodial, repair and maintenance work on district-owned buildings, grounds and equipment.
