Weekend Admissions Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this position is to obtain required information and signatures in accordance with resident admission procedures.

Life Enrichment Director

You will work cooperatively with the Health Services Director to enrich lives in our Memory Care neighborhoods as well as in independent and assisted living areas by assisting in the planning and implementation of a program that will meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents.

Resident Services Assistant (Front Desk)

As a Resident Services Assistant, you will answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers. Greet the public, prospective residents and families professionally and courteously. Provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups.

Business Office Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles.

Caregiver / Medication Aide

The caregiver is responsible for personal services, medication assistance, delegated tasks, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, meal services and others tasks as needed for resident well-being.

Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will enrich lives each day by performing housekeeping duties in residents home, office space and common areas as well as laundry including table linens.

Community Manager

Facilitate the day to day operations of a portfolio of communities, by assisting the Senior Community Manager, the Board of Directors and owners with their specific requests for information while maintaining visible, positive, compatible relations with the owners at all times.

Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager is a key and visible department supervisor working directly with all residents, family and employees.
