Life Enrichment Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the development and coordination of activity programs for the community that reflects the varied interests of the residents and provides them with meaningful and life enriching activities.

Chef

Assure optimal nutritional value, exceptional taste, and outstanding presentation of all meals served at the community; proper food inventory; clean and sanitary kitchen.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be helping our clients achieve their goals and supporting them along the way. You’ll be a friend, a mentor, and an advocate

Personal Care Assistant

You will assist residents on our campus with activities of daily living as needed – you will provide companionship, help with light cleaning, take walks, read and do puzzles, accompany them to activities and assist with grooming, dressing, mobility and toileting.

Activity Coordinator

Our ideal candidate will have a varied background in event coordinating, decorating, wedding planning, or teaching experience.

Engagement Assistant

Assist in planning, implementing, and promoting activities to enhance quality of life for all residents. 

Business Office Manager

As the Business Office Manager, you’re responsible for several different tasks relating to Human Resources and other departments, including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable, and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour.

Concierge

As the Concierge we’re looking for you to create a welcoming environment and play an important role when it comes to creating the overall culture of the community.

Director of Engagement

This pivotal role will focus on developing and implementing standards of excellence, enhancing resident experience, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Dining Room Supervisor

You will hire, lead, mentor, and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.
