This role is responsible for utilizing resources efficiently for the accurate and timely entry, review, and resolution of simple to moderate complexity medical claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines as outlined by the company.
Provide excellent customer service primarily by telephone to all PacificSource customers. Assist customers with coverage/claims related questions.
Responsible for all elements of the clinical laboratory operations from point of Specimen Collection, specimen processing, couriering of specimens and/or reports, testing and reporting for all entities owned or affiliated with Interpath Laboratory, Inc. within area.

The goal is to ensure their accounts are processed correctly with insurance providers and in a timely manner while establishing appropriate expectations as to the patients’ responsibilities.
This position will provide customer service to members of multiple benefit plans by analyzing caller’s needs and providing timely and accurate responses. Answers calls from policyholders, members, agents, providers, hospitals, pharmacists and others regarding benefits or other issues.
The person applying for this position needs previous working experience with a physical therapy, or medical front office clinic. Must be detailed oriented, have knowledge of insurance’s, be compassionate and have great customer service.
We are a 2 doctor practice and focus on quality and not quantity, we are a small animal clinic and work with the occasional pocket pet and exotics.
In this role, you will greet, screen, schedule clients, and input correct information into Intergy, perform clerical duties related to clinical service and other medical receptionist duties as necessary.
Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and setting the tone for a patient’s visit.
In this position, you will pick up, transport and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies and reports, and interact with customers in a positive and a professional manner.
