Co-Manager, Talent & Operations

A Co-Manager, Talent & Operations is responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management and development of any members of the Talent & Business Ops team.

Store Manager

Responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.

Assistant Store Manager

The Retail Assistant Manager is primarily focused on supervising store personnel in all store activities and maintaining store policy and procedures under the supervision of Store Management.

Executive Director

Outlet Manager

Provides supervision, training, and guidance to store clerks. Promotes sales of assigned outlet store to new markets or business customers to increase weekly sales performance of store.

AT&T Retail Store Manager

Prime’s Retail Store Manager leads by example and sets a positive tone in his or her store to Drive Sales Performance, Coach Successful Behaviors & Ensure Operational Excellence.

Bend Route Manager

The Route Manager’s role is to plan and coordinate routing procedures for daily deliveries with attention to efficiency and labor budgets.  Problem solve delivery issues partnering with co-managers when resources are necessary.  This position serves as the primary point of contact for resorts and Costco within the Bend location for information pertaining to orders, delivery times and customer concerns.
