Rural Community Coordinator

The Growing Rural Oregon (GRO) Community Collaborator will work one-on-one with multiple rural communities to implement the GRO entrepreneurial ecosystem framework.

Eligibility Worker/Human Services Specialist

Eligibility Workers determine financial eligibility for Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) programs, including but not limited to, Medicaid/Medical Assistance Programs, Supplemental Assistance Program (SNAP), Employment Related Day Care (ERDC), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

Administrative Support Specialist

This position is responsible for performing a variety of experienced administrative support and technical functions. Incumbents will provide support to Public health teams and clinicians serving the public.

Community Service Officer

Community Service Officers perform a wide range of duties in support of departmental operations in one or more of these areas: animal control, traffic control, minor traffic crash investigation, minor criminal investigation, parking enforcement, evidence collection and processing, reviewing and approving online reports, and assistance to patrol and records sections.

This position helps to guide customers of the Aging and People with Disabilities population through the sharing of rules, policies, procedures and programs in collaboration with other branch staff.

Park Maintenance Worker

The Parks Maintenance Worker assists with a variety of conservation efforts such as trash removal, vegetation management, trail repair, and general maintenance of natural areas, parks, and trails.

Court Scheduler

The Records Section provides support to judges, attorneys, litigants, and jurors for the following court functions:  creation/maintenance of the “Register of Actions,” (i.e. what events occur on each case before the court); court scheduling; jury management; and family court program support.  If selected, you will be handling scheduling and civil commitment cases for the court.
