Oral Health Community Health Worker

The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental, community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment.

Payroll Administrator

This role is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, supporting timekeeping, payroll tax coordination, and integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)/timekeeping and data maintenance.

Community Quality Coordinator

This role focuses primarily on coordination of efforts related to upstream CCO Quality Metrics. The position conducts internal and community-based project management and engagement to advance healthcare transformation with a focus on the assigned CCO region(s). 

Health Services Operations Specialist

Public Health COVID-19 teams provide vaccination events and related supports in the community; they provide logistical and operational support primarily to COVID-19 Program activities in vaccine clinical settings and to support an unhoused population at a COVID isolation motel.

Transfer Center Communication Specialist

First point of contact for, and coordinates all, consultation, referral, direct admits and/or transfer requests into and out of all four hospitals and efficiently processes transportation requests via various partners.

Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist provides necessary services to support the daily operations of the Outpatient Clinic, as well as to the Administrative Support Supervisor and other staff as needed, following all BestCare policies and practices.

Authorization Specialist

The Authorization Specialist is responsible for obtaining authorizations for surgical procedures, diagnostic testing, medications, DME, outgoing referrals, and other services as part of the daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Department.

Pharmacy Technician

To support the Population Health and Quality workflows and provide direct telephonic patient care to support overall quality of Comprehensive Medication Management services and Pharmacy related quality metrics for our attributed patient population.

Community Health Worker Supervisor

The CHW Supervisor provides leadership to the Community Health Worker team across the system, responsibilities include but are not limited to hiring, coaching, training, addressing performance issues, and managing schedules for the team.
