Maintenance Technician (“MT”) performs a variety of work in the general maintenance areas of multifamily property management including apartment turnover, work orders, grounds, and other duties as necessary or assigned.
Car Washer / Service Agent
The Service Agent cleans vehicles inside and out (vehicles may be cleaned by hand or by operating washing equipment). The Service Agent also performs regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), moves vehicles, and performs other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner.

The custodian is responsible for maintaining attractive, sanitary, and safe facilities for Deschutes County staff and the public by performing janitorial and custodial duties.
Utility Person
Must be a self-starter and able to work without direct supervision. Candidate must have good communication skills and be well organized.
