This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assists in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall administrative support of the engineering department. They will work with department managers and associates to ensure the effectiveness and overall success of the department.

Maintenance Technician

Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician position performs a variety of work in the general maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the hotel’s physical plant and equipment ensuring that systems and equipment operate efficiently and that the physical condition of the property remains in optimum condition while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Overnight Guest Service Attendant

The purpose of this position is to create a sense of welcome and arrival for all guests and owners. This position is a point of contact during the entire resort experience through to the guest’s departure. Guest Service Attendants are fully versed in all aspects of the services and amenities provided by the resort and are responsible for maintaining the safety of guests and owners and the integrity of the resort and its policies.

Field Operations Agent

The Field Operations Agent is an essential role that helps ensure a consistent quality experience each and every stay. This position will require excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong attention to detail.
