Events Manager

The primary responsibility of the External Engagement Events Manager is to serve the Central Oregon community with cultural and intellectual programming, increase positive public interactions with OSU-Cascades and build support for the campus and its mission.

Charitable Giving Officer

Responsible for planning and implementing efforts to steward existing major donors and cultivate new major and planned gift prospects, oversee major gifts, planned giving, and all stewardship programs affiliated donors and prospective donors.

Academic Advisor

Academic Advisors provide direct academic advising to students at OSU-Cascades, including monitoring students’ progress towards a degree and maintaining appropriate program records, supporting students in creating academic plans related to individual academic and career goals.

Campus Services Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator will develop and provide services across a wide variety of customer-facing areas that support project coordination, training, planning, events, instruction, student life, and administration.

Accountant

The Accountant will have the opportunity to perform fiscal functions for a wide variety of business units and fund types. The Accountant will also be instrumental in designing and providing services that proactively support our customers with timely, transparent, and creative solutions.

Senior Grant Accountant

Under supervision from the Accounting Manager, the Grant Accountant performs complex grant support and other accounting and financial service functions.

Administrative Assistant

Coordinates information and workflow and support activities for large department unit and its related functions, projects, and programs.

Classroom Aide

This classroom aide will spend mornings with toddlers and afternoons with preschoolers. Must love music, art, and going outside! Sprouts is led by a certified Montessori teacher with over 20 years of experience in school administration.

Consultant-Admissions Advisor

The Admissions Advisor provides the first point of contact for prospective students and families as they navigate the application process. The position serves as a member of the recruitment team that is responsible for the planning and execution of undergraduate, domestic recruitment strategies.

Alternative Ed Educational Assistant

Under direct supervision of the classroom teacher and the Academic Director, the classroom Educational Assistant will serve as a primary assistant in the year-round academic program.
