A successful candidate in this role has both strong communication and handy-person skills as they will be called upon to do anything from changing a light bulb, to helping a guest figure out how to light a gas fireplace over the phone, to walking an owner through their monthly statement.
Receives and converts incoming reservation calls to the property into closed sales. This applies to all incoming lodging, tee time, spa, food and beverage and general revenue related inquiries.
Visitor Center responsibilities will require completing all opening and closing tasks daily in the Visitor Center, responding to questions from walk-in visitors, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
