Human Services Case Manager

This position will match the needs of Aging and People with Disabilities in the community with current federal, state and local programs or other resources that are available to meet those needs.

Meal Services Program Manager

Responsible for overall operation of the Meal Services Program, the Manager ensures volunteers are recruited, screened, and recognized, resources are in place and operating, meal deliveries are efficient, and providing accountability to the Board of Directors and all stakeholders.

Peer Support Partner

The Peer Support Partner will utilize the direct experience they have with receiving behavioral health services along with appropriate and intentional use of self-disclosure to support the youth and reduce the impact of a behavioral health disorder on the youth’s life.

Energy Assistance Advocate

Deliver Energy Assistance to clients, working as part of the tri-county Energy team. The position also provides information and referral to persons seeking assistance from other NeighborImpact programs and may act as the local liaison to services from these programs.

Community Relations Manager

The position acts as a liaison between the City and the community by developing, implementing, coordinating, and managing communication programs including promoting awareness of the goals and activities of the City.
