Production Associates

Manual material handling of wood parts, feeding machines and/or grading and stacking down finished parts. Most parts are less than 10 lbs. but the pace can be rapid. 2 workers are assigned for heavier or long parts.

Operation Technician/Area Supervisor

The Operations Technician will gain experience in all aspects of the operation including area oversight, supply chain management, quality control, engineering projects, and continuous improvement sessions. 

Maintenance Supervisor

Ensures that:  Equipment is functioning properly; tools, materials, and personnel are available and working efficiently; activities are safely executed and completed on schedule; the quality of work fulfills the users’ needs.  Directs prompt attention to emergency situations. 

Production Coordinator

To provide the leadership necessary to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.  To assist with budget items, shipments, process control issues, and cross training.

Production Manager

The Production/Operations Manager is responsible for manufacturing operations and implements lean manufacturing while maximizing production.

Receiving Technician

As a member of the Production Control Department, the Receiving Technician will be responsible for receiving and unloading freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Production Technician

This role will have responsibility for the assembly and testing of our state-of-the-art fuel cell modules at our new facility.

Clean Up Associate

The Clean-Up position at Endura Products Inc. works to maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees who work at the Manufacturing site in Prineville, Oregon.

Material Handler
