The Food and Service Champion is a full-time, on-site role based in Bend, OR. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, prepare food according to Taco Bell’s quality and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring food is prepared and served promptly, engaging with customers to enhance their dining experience, and supporting other team members to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Communication skills to positively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous quick-service restaurant experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Open araciality including nights, late nights and weekends.
