We are ACTIVELY seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! If you have Restaurant, Bar, or Kitchen management experience, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

• Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant activities and Team Members
• Oversee Guest services and execute service recovery
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage Team Members
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant/bar/venue needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience in bar management, food service, bowling or other related fields
• Previous bowling experience and/or strong bowling knowledge prefered
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 8-hour shifts
• Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English
• Lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
