Pika Pika is a kawaii-inspired gift shop and café in downtown Bend, blending Asian-inspired collectibles, art toys, and sweet treats with delicious drinks that spark joy. We believe in creating an experience that’s just as fun and delightful as the treasures we sell.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Barista to join our team and help craft playful, Instagram-worthy drinks for our guests. From creamy Okinawa milk teas to sparkling fruit teas, you’ll bring our menu to life while creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and serve specialty drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, Vietnamese coffee, and seasonal specials
• Master fun add-ons like boba, popping pearls, cream tops, and other tasty extras
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Keep the café area clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and drink preparation standards
• Share menu knowledge with guests and help them choose drinks they’ll love
• Contribute ideas for seasonal flavors and drink specials

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous café, barista, or food service experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
• Passion for Asian drinks, boba culture, or café vibes
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Team player who loves being part of a creative, collaborative shop
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
