Responsibilities

  • Update and pull reports daily using Smartsheet and Excel and distribute to internal teams
  • Data entry of contract terms and conditions into systems
  • Track the progress of the transaction from pending to closing
  • Work with sales agents to acquire any missing documents prior to closing
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, addendums, and other legal documents
  • Managing timelines and deadlines for all parties involved
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Assist Transaction Manager with administrative tasks and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two years of administrative support experience in real-estate industry
  • Familiarity with real estate contract terms and conditions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
