Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the stores overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customers inquiries and concerns.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating team members.
• Handle shipping, packing, and mail service transactions efficiantly.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures. –
• Help in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizaional skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
