About the Role:

MasterPro Service is hiring Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants a consistent, hands-on job with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean windows, tracks, and screens on residential and commercial properties
• Work both independently and in a team setting
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• No prior experience needed — we provide full paid training
