What You’ll be Doing:

As a Day Porter, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping properties in pristine condition. Your day-to-day will include:

• Traveling to various properties and ensuring they’re clean, welcoming, and safe.
• Performing routine maintenance like emptying trash, cleaning sidewalks, and removing graffiti.
• Keeping parking lots and landscapes free of debris while reporting any landscaping or sprinkler concerns.
• Operating light equipment like pressure washers, blowers, and vacuums to keep properties shining.
• Performing light snow removal and ensuring walkways are safe during winter months.
• Collaborating with the property team to address maintenance needs and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid Oregon Driver’s License with a commercially insurable driving record.
• Two years of related experience (preferred) in janitorial, maintenance, or landscaping.
• Tech-savviness for using mobile apps and documenting fieldwork.
• The ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly.
• Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipment.
• Proof of auto liability insurance.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting (25-50 lbs), standing, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable with heights and operating light machinery.
