Wage: $45,000 – $60,000 / yr DOE

This role will assist with traditional company marketing efforts to ensure optimum branding and positioning within market segments. The Marketing Coordinator will be required to assist in production, review, maintenance and analysis of traditional marketing efforts


All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional care and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.

Content Management (50%):

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing content on the various platform the marketing team uses by keeping updated images, specials, packages, announcements, contact details, logo’s and fonts. Continually manage and monitor Jazz at the Oxford ticket sales and seat assignments. Assist with web distribution of marketing campaigns and verifying online accuracy. Complete Marketing Requests forms for adds on the different platforms.

Guest Relations Management (20%):

Responsible for monitoring guest reviews for all properties and responding as needed. When an issue arises, knowing when to escalate the review to upper management, including the General Managers and Regional Managers. Distributes Post Stay Communications on a biweekly schedule.

Marketing Materials (10%):

Responsible for the distribution of marketing materials including logo’d items and the organization of the Marketing Storage room in addition to the monitoring and organization of the warehouse. Manage photoshoots and keep the Image Library current. Collaborate with EMS and General Managers to ensure the evacuation maps are current and follow the state laws. Manage storage of past campaign literature and materials.

Analytics/Reporting (10%)

Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities and review Google Analytics for traffic. Compiling monthly reports from Trip Advisor and distributing to the General Managers and Regional Managers.

Other (10%):

Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Four year degree in marketing, public relations, communications or other related field strongly preferred
  • At least 6 months previous traditional marketing experience required
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred


  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Must have valid drivers license and meet company driving standards
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills


  • Long hours sometimes required, including nights, evenings and weekends
  • Occasional overnight travel is required
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally:
  • Must be able to work indoors or outside;
  • Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day;
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance;
  • Must be able to bend, squat crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis;
  • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
  • Must be able to climb stairs occasionally, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
