MAC Home Services is seeking a dependable and versatile independent contractor to serve as a float across our different home-service areas.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor services. You will have opportunities to accept projects in multiple areas of our company rather than being limited to one specific service.

Services May Include
Residential housekeeping
Vacation-rental turnover cleaning
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Home watching and property inspections
Home-management assistance
Christmas and permanent lighting
Snow removal and other seasonal property services
Experience in every service is not required, but applicants must be willing and able to become proficient in multiple service areas.

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.

Commission amounts are calculated so that a contractor working at the expected pace and meeting our quality standards earns approximately $25 per working hour.

Because compensation is paid by commission rather than by the hour, actual hourly-equivalent earnings may vary based on the assignment, pace of work, and quality of completion.

Responsibilities
*Complete each service thoroughly and professionally
*Meet the agreed-upon scope of work and MAC Home Services quality standards
*Communicate reliably regarding scheduling, progress, and project concerns
*Report property damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions
*Treat customers, homes, and personal belongings with care and respect
*Maintain a clean and professional appearance
*Represent MAC Home Services positively while on customer properties

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable and insured transportation
Working smartphone
Ability to pass a background check (Case by Case available)
Ability to provide a completed W-9
Ability to safely lift, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors
Home-service, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, or construction experience is preferred but not required
