Brokentop Garage Doors is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Bend, Oregon!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Scheduling jobs for multiple technicians
• Preparing garage door quotes
• Limited accounting and filing
• Keeping the daily schedule organized and running smoothly

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience in a similar office or scheduling position, training can be provided
• Is comfortable scheduling multiple technicians
• Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Has strong communication and customer-service skills
• Is comfortable using service program
• Able to help unload and re-stock

Our phone hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
