What you’ll own

Content & campaigns. Write and publish social content, email campaigns, blog posts, and website copy. Keep the content calendar moving without reminders. Graphic design is handled by an external freelancer — you brief, review, and publish.

Membership & lead generation. Drive LocaPoints enrollments and membership conversions through campaigns tied to real acquisition goals. Own the lead magnet funnel and welcome sequence.

Sponsor fulfillment. Deliver every contracted benefit on time, write content that reflects genuine familiarity with each partner’s business, and close every engagement with a professional wrap report. Sponsors should finish every engagement thinking it was the best partnership experience they’ve had.

Event promotion. Execute campaigns that move tickets and sign-ups for the annual Rooted & Rising Gala and other events.

Analytics. Track email performance, social growth, Guide downloads, coupon redemptions, and membership conversions. Surface what matters every week at Level 10.

You’re a fit if…

• Writing is your strongest skill and you have published work to prove it — emails, social captions, or long-form copy that actually ran.
• You run calendars, not just to-do lists. Deadlines across multiple workstreams don’t slip.
• You read a performance report and know what to do next.
• You come with proposed solutions, not just problems.
• You’re comfortable in a small, fast organization where your work is visible and your results matter.

What we offer

• Starting $24–$26/hr depending on experience
• 20–32 hours/week with a clear path to full-time as we grow

We’ve been Bend’s only dedicated local food marketplace for 17 years. Our model returns 65 cents of every dollar directly to the farmer, rancher, or maker — and 98% of every dollar stays in Central Oregon.
