We build every unit by hand in our Redmond, Oregon shop.

We’re hiring a Customer Service & Office Administrator to own the voice of BlueCube after the sale and keep the shop running behind the scenes. You’ll answer inbound customer calls and emails, track orders through production, coordinate outbound shipments, and handle the hundred small things that keep a busy manufacturing office moving.

This seat matters. Our customers spend $15,000 to $35,000 on a unit they wait weeks to receive. They call with questions, and the person who answers becomes their whole experience of BlueCube after sale. At the same time, the office runs on someone who can keep paperwork, supplies, shipping, and team requests from piling up.

What you’ll do

Customer service (inbound)

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
  • Route inquiries to the right person when you can’t resolve them yourself
  • Track every customer order through production and give customers real status updates
  • Open, triage, and close service tickets when a unit needs warranty or post-delivery attention
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and the service tech to resolve issues quickly

Shipping and logistics

  • Coordinate outbound shipments with our logistics lead
  • Print shipping labels, prepare BOLs, and track deliveries
  • Follow up with carriers on delays or damage claims
  • Keep the customer informed from “ready to ship” through final delivery

Office administration

  • Sort and distribute mail and incoming packages
  • Order office supplies and basic shop consumables
  • Maintain digital filing for sales, logistics, and service records
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the leadership team
  • Support finance and sales with day-to-day admin tasks such as data entry and document prep

What we’re looking for

  • Local to Redmond, Bend, or Central Oregon. On-site role, no relocation assistance
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing admin, office manager, or service coordinator role
  • Calm under pressure. You’ll talk to a frustrated customer and a rushed technician in the same hour
  • Organized. You can track 30 open tickets without losing one
  • Clear writer. Your emails sound like a human, not a template
  • Tech-comfortable with email, spreadsheets, CRMs, and shipping platforms. We’ll train on our specific tools
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven. Nothing slips through the cracks
  • Positive, get-it-done attitude

Bonus

  • Prior experience in a high-touch or product-based business such as wellness, design, home improvement, or custom manufacturing
  • Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation, FedEx/UPS web, or freight LTL
  • Interest in wellness, biohacking, or customer experience

Compensation and schedule

  • $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, W-2
  • Monday through Friday, core business hours
  • On-site in our Redmond shop
