Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks.
In this role, you will support the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs; this means you lead processes supporting the checkout experience and grocery delivery & pickup at your assigned store.
Orders, replenishes and merchandises grocery products and participate in WFM program for purchasing and promotions.
The Farm Stand Manager is expected to provide leadership and management for our retail operation in accordance with our mission and goals. Our Farm Stand provides an outlet for the sales of produce, meat, and other locally sourced farm-based products as well as creating a memorable experience that engages the public and highlights local agriculture.

This position is responsible for sales generation, product preparation, food safety, quality control, work safety, and merchandising. This position also educates and assists with general grocery and dairy orders.
Provides support as a member of the Specialty team to include receiving and preparing product, maintaining the Specialty floor and displays, and selling product in support of the regional Specialty vision.
You’ll use your artistic talents to build and finish all specialty bakery goods, ensuring that every detail is just right.
