Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and in accordance with Caliber S.O.P. and center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner
Auto Body Technician
Autobody Technicians repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber S.O.P., insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.
Collision General Manager
Responsible for the overall operation of their center, including Risk Management, Teammate development, Client Metrics, production and administration. Maintaining company goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service.
Estimator
Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns. Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
Retail Sales Specialist
These team members assist Store Managers with sales, customer service, and store appearance and operations. They will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the store and assistant store managers.
Inventory Accounting Supervisor
The Inventory/Gross Profit Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of gross profit and inventory valuation and reporting.
Parts Delivery Driver
Deliver parts to customers. Pick-up will calls at other dealers and parts distributors.
Lot Attendant
Performs shop clean-up duties and maintains cleanliness of dealership facility and grounds. Cleans service and sales automobiles. Conforms to dealership standards.
