Municipal Court Clerk II

This class ensures the integrity of the City’s Municipal Court records by performing a variety of clerical and administrative support duties including processing court files/cases, case research, payment plan reviews, and maintaining security and custody of court records; provides extensive face-to-face and telephonic information; and handles large sums of money daily.

Court Operations Specialist

In this role, you will initiate new criminal cases, and receive and review any subsequent filings, into the electronic case management system.

Release Assistance Officer

In this role, you will determine defendants’ eligibility for court appointed counsel and options for pretrial release by applying Oregon laws, Chief Justice orders, and Presiding Judge orders and using risk assessment tools.

Court Operations Specialist

In this role, you will manage multiple court calendars and will schedule hearings and trials for the entire court.

Victims Advocate

As a Victim Advocate, you will work alongside Deputy District Attorneys to provide information and support to crime victims throughout the criminal justice system. Victim Advocates will be expected to work in the field and be on-call for a small duration of each month.

Community Justice Officer

This position is responsible for performing case management, supervision, counseling, skills building and other functions necessary to supervise adjudicated juvenile delinquents or youth on diversion from prosecution.

Administrative Assistant

Follows policies and procedures set by the Firm.  Maintains positive contact with staff and observes confidentiality of client matters. Establishes and maintains harmonious working relationships with supervisors and co-workers by performing multiple tasks. 

Legal Assistant I – Child Support

Duties include telephone and counter reception, using a computer to enter and retrieve confidential data, sorting mail, and faxing information to attorneys or community partners.

Agreements & Contracts Coordinator

You will review current methods of providing service, evaluate customer needs, communicate with stakeholders and make recommendation for improvement.

Administrative Support Technician

This position provides customer service to the public and State/County employees. Our office deals with information that is of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
