Store Receiver
The Wilco Receiver accurately checks in, receives and prepares farm store merchandise for the sales floor while complying with established standards.
Warehouse Picker
The picker is responsible for physically building mixed SKU pallets for shipments using our ERP system.
Package Handler
Package Handlers are responsible for warehouse duties including: the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner.
Freight/Receiving Associate
Responsible for unloading trucks and moving material through the store, they are an integral part of our business and the customer retail experience.
Material Handler
This position is responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks, providing customer assistance that includes loading customer vehicles, as well as assembly and stocking of store merchandise.
Mailroom Worker
Duties include using machines to place inserts into the newspaper, labeling newspapers and moving the papers from the press.
Merchandise Stocking – AM Shift
Complete truck unload and merchandise duties throughout the store. Help customers shop and find what they are looking for. Deliver friendly customer service.
