Community Outreach Manager

The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for implementing the Chapter’s volunteer-powered program delivery strategy, engaging with organizations to encourage community mobilization and supporting the Association’s strategic plan in the community.

Next Steps Supervisor

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Next Steps program in Redmond, ensuring compliance and consistency of organizational guidelines and operations according to our Mission Vision and Values.

Alternative Ed Educational Assistant

The Volunteer Coordinator’s role is to oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers in all communities where MountainStar works. This position reports to the Development Director and works with program staff to ensure volunteers support program and development activities.

Development & Outcomes Associate

The Development & Outcomes Associate will be responsible for helping us fundraise and “friend raise” in our community to ensure we consistently fulfill our BGCB mission and enact our core pillars for youth: Academic Success, Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles.

Community Support Specialist

The CSS provides counseling to elders and families focusing on building relationships with one another and addressing barriers to those relationships; assists community members in accessing resources; collaborates with community partners in enhancing community life.

Development and Marketing Director

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive development and marketing and communications plan to support Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory goals and objectives.

Health Services Coordinator

Health Services Coordinator provides technical and health coordination services in support of Head Start and Early Head Start (EHS) program health service goals and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
