Development Associate

The SHM Development Associate works as a key position of the development team to administrate, plan, organize, manage, and measure all development functions, including special events, grant writing, communications, donor relations, team collaboration and other functions as assigned by the Development Director.

Development Director

This position will Develop and execute Saving Grace’s annual fundraising, marketing, and social media strategies.

Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator will work as part of the Mosaic Development team to coordinate and support Mosaic’s donor recognition program and volunteer program.

Development Manager

The Development Manager plays a key role in the Inn’s development program and is responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with donors, sponsors and volunteers.

Grants Specialist

The Grants Specialist position is responsible for supporting College departments in their implementation of grants, including financial and accounting services, and grant functions for the office of College Advancement.

Advancement Coordinator

The majority of the role is dedicated to philanthropic efforts, community engagement, and events, while roughly a third of the role supports marketing, communications, and administration.

Grants & Government Affairs Manager

This position will lead the grant writing and grant management for the organization, including the HHS Health Resources and Services Administration grants that support the organization as a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Advancement Specialist

The Advancement Specialist performs various technical and administrative support duties primarily for the COCC Foundation and its Trustees, and secondarily, for the Office of College Advancement, which includes Marketing and Public Relations.
