The Community Compliance Specialist will conduct site visits to communities to monitor the compliance of the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions (CC&R) and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) rules, based on the communities governing documents.

In this position you will oversee the daily activities of including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance.
Camp Host
As a Camp Host, you will provide administrative support to the Membership Specialist. This role performs duties such as: camp-in’s, coordination of appointments, obtaining supplies, and working on special projects.
