Housekeeping Manager

Responsible for all housekeeping. This includes laundry, staffing, ordering, cleaning, scheduling, and department relationships. An acute ability to work with people, manage competing priorities, and build rapport with people.

Maintenance Lead

Facilities Project Coordinator

This position plans, develops, and oversees facility maintenance and remodel projects for the Facilities Department; develops project specifications and scope for review and approval; estimates project costs, issues Requests for Proposals, administers contracts, and schedules routine and capital maintenance work.

Assistant Project Manager

Responsible for working to ensure high density residential and mixed-use projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with approved project documents, jurisdictional and applicable code requirements.

Community Association Manager

The Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for the management and support of community associations (primarily HOAs), including, but not limited to: daily operations, regular interaction with and support of Board of Directors members/homeowners/vendors, meeting attendance, budget preparation, and overall community business management.

Ranger

Rangers assist with all site setup/cleanup for arriving and departing guests. They escort arrivals to their site after normal business hours, communicate all issues and concerns to the Resort Manager, and monitor the pool(s) for unregistered guests, all while providing excellent customer service.
